North Star Boxwood
General Information
North Star Boxwood is an evergreen shrub. This is a compact boxwood, typically reaching 2.5 feet tall and wide. It will have dense, rounded overall growth habit. The North Star Boxwood is a great choice for borders, landscaping beds and a variety of other areas. The small evergreen leaves will be dark green in color. They keep their nice color all the winter. The North Star Boxwood is a great choice for areas with deer, as they are rarely damaged.
Additional Information
Buxus sempervirens ‘Katerberg’ will be 24 to 32 inches tall, with a similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. North Star Boxwood can grow in full sun to heavy shade conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
