White Chiffon Hibiscus
General Information
White Chiffon Hibiscus is an ornamental deciduous shrub. It is of larger size, to 12 feet in height. It is upright and rounded in overall shape. The size and ornamental qualities make it ideal for a variety of landscaping areas. It has nice deep green foliage that keep a good appearance throughout the growing season. The flowers bloom in great abundance through the summertime. The semi-double flowers are a beautiful pure white in color. These flowers are very attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds!
Additional Information
Hibiscus syriacus ‘Notwoodtwo’ grows to a height of 8 to 12 feet, with a spread of 6 to 7 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. White Chiffon tends to grow and flower best in full sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Once established, it has good drought tolerance.
